Overview
Engenium Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician III to lead and perform advanced maintenance and sustainment operations for the UH-60L Operational Flight Trainer (OFT) in Saudi Arabia. This senior-level position plays a key role in ensuring simulator performance, readiness, and reliability to support international training missions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and oversee scheduled, preventive, and corrective maintenance for UH-60L OFT Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS).
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting, system diagnostics, and component replacement to maintain full mission capability.
- Lead implementation of a Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) for supported TADSS.
- Maintain and manage all technical documentation, including operator and maintainer manuals, schematics, and cold-start procedures.
- Coordinate with host-nation and U.S. representatives to align maintenance schedules with training and mission activities.
- Supervise work order documentation and accuracy within the Information System Tool Suite (ISTS).
- Identify facility or environmental issues contributing to abnormal simulator wear and recommend corrective measures.
- Ensure all maintenance actions comply with applicable technical manuals and established industry best practices.
- Support and mentor junior maintenance staff to ensure consistent technical standards and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Prior military aviation or simulator maintenance experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in TADSS maintenance, troubleshooting, and sustainment practices.
- Experience leading maintenance teams or overseeing site-level sustainment programs.
- Strong technical writing, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multi-national teams and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Valid passport and driver’s license required.
