Position Overview

As a Project Manager, you will be at the heart of planning, coordinating, and ensuring the successful execution of product installation services. You’ll manage multiple projects, overseeing every step from inception to completion, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to manage a variety of tasks efficiently, and a knack for working with diverse teams.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring that each project meets its objectives. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects. Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Lead and oversee all stages of project lifecycles, ensuring smooth transitions from planning to delivery.
• Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining open lines of communication and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineering, customer service) and external contractors to ensure project success.
• Documentation & Reporting: Create and manage key project documents, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocations, tracking progress and deliverables.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify challenges, find solutions, and mitigate risks to ensure projects remain on track.
• Customer Focus: Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring that all expectations are met and that service standards are upheld.
• Growth Opportunities: Collaborate with sales to expand service offerings, identifying new opportunities for clients and driving additional revenue.
• Resource Management: Ensure effective resource coordination, contractor management, and adherence to project contracts.
• Process Improvement: Actively contribute to refining internal processes, striving for increased efficiency and enhanced project outcomes.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 4-5 years of project management experience, ideally in systems integration or AV (audiovisual) fields.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
• Education: Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience. PMP certification is a plus (or a willingness to pursue it).
• Tools: Familiarity with project management software is essential (Salesforce experience is an advantage, but open to other tools).
• Work Environment: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
• Location: Preference for candidates based in or near Sarasota, FL.
• Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% for on-site installations and client meetings.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on meeting project goals.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational skills to keep projects on track.
• Experience in construction projects and/or the integration of audiovisual systems would be beneficial.
