- Perform preventive and routine maintenance on equipment
- Provide hands-on support and technical guidance on the floor
- Evaluate and refine stencil design and reflow profiling
- Optimize wave soldering, flux chemistry, and through-hole soldering
- Improve yields, reduce defects, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Work with BOMs and support quoting, planning, purchasing, and quality
- Analyze rejected parts, determine root causes, and implement solutions
- Support front-end and back-end PCB assembly processes
- Read and interpret PCA assembly drawings and technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance and quality
- Maintain work area cleanliness and follow safety procedures
- Launch new products and troubleshoot existing builds
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing (SMT & Through-Hole)
- 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role
- Strong experience with stencil design, reflow profiling, and wave soldering
