Civil Superintendent

Performance Objectives

• Lead on-site civil construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and under budget by implementing efficient processes and effective time management strategies.
• Foster and maintain excellent relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to ensure collaborative efforts and smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular on-site quality inspections and safety audits, achieving a minimum compliance score of 95% with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement project plans, aligning tasks, and resources to accomplish goals while continuously monitoring and adjusting for maximum productivity and quality.
• Mentor and guide field team members to enhance performance, foster professional development, and promote an inclusive and motivated work atmosphere.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges, utilizing expert problem-solving skills to maintain project momentum and integrity.
• Accurately document project progress, preparing detailed daily and weekly reports that reflect on-site realities and forecast project trajectories.

As a Civil Superintendent, you'll report directly to our Project Managers and collaborate closely with a dedicated team of engineers and skilled tradespeople. You'll utilize state-of-the-art construction management software and have access to necessary resources to carry out high-quality projects. Essential Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Civil Superintendent or similar role with at least 5 years of experience in civil construction projects.

• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality management, with verifiable results in minimizing project risks.
