A) Support the business unit safety program. 


B) Assist with the preparation of the project safety plan. 


C) Participate in cost reporting and updating by soliciting requests for costs, identifying changes 

resulting in budget changes & identifying opportunities for savings 


D) Manages document control, both hard copy and in Procore, including (RFI's, ASI’s, as-built 

drawings, Permits, City Approvals and Correspondence, Field Coordination Drawings, etc.). 


E) Procures project within 90 Days of NTP. 


F) Obtains contract drawings, specifications, and other pertinent information necessary for the 

completion of the project and distribute copies to the project manager, superintendent, 

material suppliers, and subcontractors as needed. Updates and issues required changes within 

48 hours of receipt. 


G) Prepare procurement schedule with input from the project superintendent and the project 

manager and provide an updated copy with the project billing monthly. Update procurement log 

on a weekly basis for team use. 


H) Request, receive, and tabulate bids as directed. 


I) Negotiate assigned subcontracts, purchase orders, and draft agreements. 


J) Obtain, review, approve, and process in a timely manner: all shop drawings and product 

submittals. Track associated delivery dates and keep the project manager and superintendent 

informed of changes that affect the project schedule. 


K) Review project documents for any changes that add project costs OR save money or improve 

the overall quality of the project. 


L) Prepare periodic owner status reports IF required for the project. 


M) Assist project managers in the execution of their essential job functions. 


N) Prepare, record, and distribute meeting minutes at the direction of the project team. Assist in 

weekly tasks, job meetings and OACs. Issues minutes 24hrs prior to meeting and issues minutes 

24hrs after completion of minutes. 


O) Administers project closeout (i.e. punch lists, as-builts, final invoicing, filing) for final completion 

and approval within 30 Days after CofO. 


P) Assist in the inspection for compliance with specifications and quality control plan. 


Q) Procure change orders associated with plan changes.


R) Assist in the review of proposed change orders and their validity. 


S) Assist in the review of architecture plans for completeness and compliance with standards. 


T) Participate in department meetings and “huddles”.

 

U) Complete estimates and manage completion of minor capital or special projects. 


V) Adhere to positional requirements associated with Procore. 


W) Provides specialty knowledge or sufficiency with specific job requirements such as reporting, 

prime contract requirements or LEED documentation as required. 


X) Travel as required to complete items included in job description.
