Wage: $35–$45+/hour (DOE)

What You Bring to the Crew:
- Solid mechanical background (especially diesel—big win)
- Experience as an auto tech, diesel/heavy-equipment tech, marine mechanic, industrial mechanic, or similar
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, engine, and electrical issues
- Working knowledge of A/C and D/C electrical systems
- Field service or customer-facing experience is a big plus
- Strong communication, reliability, and pride in workmanship
- ASTT certification is great; willingness to get it works too
Your Day-to-Day:
- Maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on commercial and institutional generators
- Diagnosing issues on diesel & natural-gas gensets
- Testing and verifying electrical components
- Writing up service reports—clear, accurate, professional
- Working directly with customers, representing the company on-site
- Pitching in with other service work when needed
