Wage: Base Salary: 

Hourly Rate: $40.39–$41.74 (36 hours/week) - unionized

The Work

You’ll join a skilled maintenance team keeping high-volume production equipment running safely and reliably. Work includes:

• Corrective and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment in a production environment
• Troubleshooting mechanical issues
• Working on gearboxes, pumps, and complex automated packaging systems
• Maintaining fillers, labellers, depalletizers, packers, centrifuges, and other production machinery
• Following strict safety, sanitation, and quality procedures

What You Bring

• Red Seal Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) or Machinist
• Comfortable with rotating days/nights and optional overtime
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability (3+ years preferred)
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is an asset
• Welding and/or machining experience helpful
• Reliable, self-driven, and safety-focused
• Solid English communication skills 
• Able to work with computerized maintenance systems
