Job Title: Vice President of Alliances – Financial Services & Emerging Technologies

A leading technology-driven organization is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Alliances to lead its partner ecosystem and accelerate strategic growth across the financial services sector and other innovation-led markets. This executive role will own the global partner strategy, engagement, enablement, and governance, with a strong emphasis on Cloud, AI, Data Analytics, and Cybersecurity partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Revenue & Growth Strategy

  • Define and execute regional and global alliance strategies in close alignment with Sales, Solutions, and Product leadership.
  • Champion partner-led growth and influence revenue by integrating alliance strategies into core sales motions.
  • Align internal teams to unlock value from co-sell and co-delivery initiatives with top-tier technology and services partners.

🔹 Strategic Partner Management

  • Build, maintain, and scale a high-performing partner ecosystem focused on enterprise and financial services clients.
  • Own partner governance, pipeline forecasting, and performance analytics to maximize partner ROI.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and executive liaison to key partners, enabling trust and long-term alignment.

🔹 Partner Enablement & Go-to-Market Execution

  • Develop and deploy enablement programs including training, tools, and partner engagement models that drive measurable success.
  • Lead joint go-to-market campaigns and events to generate pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and boost partner-influenced revenue.

🔹 Marketing & Market Expansion

  • Partner with regional marketing teams to create impactful campaigns, content strategies, and thought leadership materials.
  • Support partner-led demos, joint customer engagements, and success stories to drive brand credibility and conversion.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience leading strategic alliances in high-growth technology environments, particularly across:
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
  • AI & Data Analytics
  • Cybersecurity
  • Demonstrated success managing global alliances with services firms, technology vendors, and cloud providers.
  • Deep experience in the financial services vertical is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to influence at the executive level and drive cross-functional alignment in matrixed organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
