HVAC / Refrigeration Supervisor - Edmonton, AB 

$58–$64/hr + RRSP Contribution + Tool Allowance + Company Vehicle

This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced HVAC / Refrigeration Technician who’s ready to lead a small team while continuing to do what they do best—troubleshoot, repair and service commercial HVAC & refrigeration equipment.

THE WORK

• Lead and mentor the Edmonton technician team and stay hands-on with service
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial refrigeration, HVAC units, boilers and related mechanical equipment
• Coordinate with Dispatch to schedule jobs and allocate technicians
• Lead safety training and maintain a strong safety culture
• Team development

WHO THEY’RE LOOKING FOR 

• Journeyman HVAC Refrigeration Technician certification 
• Strong commercial refrigeration and HVAC mechanical experience
• Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable reading schematics and technical manuals
• Experience with equipment such as refrigeration systems, HVAC units, boilers, BMS and humidifiers
• Some leadership experience—crew lead, lead hand or informal team leadership counts
• Gas A is a strong asset
