Service Coordinator / Inside Sales - Surrey, BC

Our client is seeking a motavated Service Specialist to support a busy field service operation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing service coordination, customer interaction and inside sales in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Wage: Base Salary: 

$60K–$70K DOE + High-Earning Commission Plan

Paid On-Call Rotation (compensated whether called or not)

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate daily schedules and dispatch activities for Field Technicians
• Contact customers to book service and identify additional needs - you are confident in your sales and support communication skills
• Promote service work and related solutions
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Prepare work orders, quotes, and service documentation
• Ensure parts and supplies are organized for service appointments 
• Support of general Service Department operations
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule with guaranteed compensation

What You Bring

• Experience in service coordination, dispatch, inside service sales, or mobile service support
• Background in trades or service-based industries (HVAC, mechanical, electrical, equipment service, etc.) preferred
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand equipment and service requirements
• Driven with a sales-oriented mindset - you enjoy helping people! 
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - you can think on your feet
• Microsoft Office and service management software proficiency
• Professional, reliable, and team-focused approach
• Exemplary English written and verbal communication skills
