Fund Manager

📍 Location: Greenwich, CT (Hybrid)

💼 Compensation: $125,000 – $175,000

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Fund Manager to join our client's Quantitative Group / Asset Management team. This is a high-impact role responsible for evaluating and monitoring the performance of property investments and supporting investor and fund reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze syndication models and support property-level acquisitions
• Track and evaluate property investment performance; resolve discrepancies
• Assist with quarterly investor reporting and fund performance updates
• Review federal/state tax returns for investment partnerships
• Work closely with internal teams (asset management, accounting, acquisitions)
• Support senior leadership with time-sensitive financial projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (minimum 3.0 GPA)
• 3+ years of experience in real estate accounting or partnership tax
• Strong understanding of cash flow modeling, NPV, and IRR
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
