 Lead and coordinate the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including footnotes to the financial

statements, MD&A and overseeing XBRL tagging requirements

 Drive continuous improvement and increase efficiency of the reporting process by leveraging process

mapping/engineering and automation to decrease time and effort required to report

 Support the quarterly earnings release process including the preparation of earnings release financial tables and

review of press release, earnings presentation and related financial data prepared by investor relations

 Stay current on emerging reporting from regulatory bodies (SEC, FASB, other) and coordinate with technical

accounting team for disclosure implications of new accounting guidance

 Lead cross-functional projects related to or impacting the reporting workstream including ESG reporting,

benchmarking and new standard deployment

 Identify and deploy best practices and technology while maintaining an effective SOX controls environment

What Makes You Great:

 You have a Bachelors or Master’s degree in Accounting. CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred

 Minimum 5 years of experience in public accounting or combination of public and private industry experience in

SEC reporting required

 Highly analytical and intellectually curious with strong process improvement mindset

 Experience managing complex project timelines with a high degree of personal time management skills

 Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with Workiva, Hyperion and/or SAP

 Excellent communication and intrapersonal skills
