What You’ll Be Doing
- Take ownership of quarterly and annual SEC reporting, using Workiva to prepare financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and oversee all XBRL tagging requirements.
- Play a key role in the quarterly earnings cycle by assembling financial tables for the earnings release and collaborating with Investor Relations on press releases, presentations, and supporting data.
- Contribute to the preparation, review, and filing of the annual Irish Modified GAAP report.
- Serve as a central point of contact for global business units and cross-functional teams, gathering, validating, and reviewing information for external reporting, and coordinating internal management and external auditor reviews.
- Execute disclosure checklists and ensure all reporting meets high-quality and compliance standards.
- Lead ongoing improvement efforts—particularly automation and process optimization—to strengthen data collection and reporting efficiency.
- Monitor evolving SEC, FASB, and other regulatory guidance; partner with the technical accounting team to assess disclosure impacts and implement updates.
- Provide support on special projects, including ESG reporting, research, benchmarking, and other analytical initiatives.
- Maintain and enhance SOX documentation, ensuring best practices are consistently applied across the reporting function.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
- CPA or MBA is highly preferred.
- 3–4+ years of experience in public accounting or a blend of public and corporate accounting roles.
- Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Workiva, Hyperion, or SAP is a plus.
- Ability to translate complex accounting concepts into clear, practical processes.
- Proven success driving process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical abilities and strong attention to detail.
