Financial Analyst

We are seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join a dynamic, fast-paced organization. This individual will play a key role in supporting financial reporting, data analysis, and accounting operations while driving process improvements and supporting business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis.
• Prepare intercompany allocations and billings with accuracy and transparency.
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Generate and analyze sales reports, ensuring consistency and data integrity.
• Maintain and enhance reporting tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Design and build dashboards and custom reports using SAP Business Objects and Power BI.
• Support compliance with internal control policies and procedures.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline reporting and accounting processes.
• Assist with automation tools and promote process best practices.
• Contribute to special projects and ad hoc financial analyses as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, reporting, and data analysis.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with experience in Power BI and SAP Business Objects.
• ERP system experience (JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
