Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer & Sales Support specialist. This individual will help manage customer interactions, support day-to-day operations, and assist with sales initiatives to help drive overall business growth.
The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Primary Responsibilities
Customer Support & Account Coordination
- Serve as a main point of contact for incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide prompt follow-up communication to maintain strong customer engagement
- Assist customers with questions, service concerns, and product-related needs in a professional and solutions-oriented manner
- Build positive long-term relationships with customers to encourage satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate customer information and help identify ways to improve service quality and efficiency
Sales & Business Development Support
- Introduce and explain company products and services to prospective and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions based on those needs
- Support outbound outreach and lead generation initiatives
- Assist with achieving monthly sales and customer service goals
- Review sales activity and customer trends to help identify opportunities for growth
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Highly organized with solid multitasking and time management skills
- Customer-service mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a team
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or account coordination preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus
- High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred
