We are seeking a motivated and experienced Accounting Manager, Consolidations to join a dynamic corporate finance team. Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • Lead aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes, ensuring accurate and timely consolidation of results into the parent company’s financial statements
  • Perform variance analysis and investigate intercompany eliminations, reconciling discrepancies and driving process consistency
  • Document and administer intercompany processes to improve efficiency across global entities
  • Partner with functional teams and stakeholders to ensure transparency, accuracy, and a common understanding of financial results
  • Support analysis of changes in corporate structure and their impact on consolidations, collaborating closely with tax and legal teams
  • Act as a point of contact for international accounting teams, ensuring alignment with corporate reporting requirements
  • Maintain integrity of master data and assist in developing standards, processes, and documentation for consolidation and reporting systems
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with internal controls and reporting standards, including SOX requirements
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

What you bring:

  • CPA or international equivalent strongly preferred
  • 5–8 years of accounting experience, ideally a mix of public accounting and corporate consolidation
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements, with emphasis on consolidations
  • Familiarity with SOX requirements and experience maintaining a strong control environment
  • Proficiency with major ERP and consolidation tools (experience with Oracle FCC or similar platforms a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across all levels and geographies
