Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and analytical finance professional to oversee forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning for our Wholesale division. This role involves close collaboration with business leaders to refine financial assumptions and deliver clear, actionable insights to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of monthly forecasting, financial close, annual budgeting, and multi-year strategic planning for the Wholesale business, ensuring alignment with leadership goals.
Develop and maintain comprehensive P&L analyses for key segments, including department stores, specialty retailers, e-commerce partners, licensing agreements, and special collaborations.
Support new business initiatives by conducting ROI assessments, tracking progress, and evaluating results to refine future strategies.
Manage and monitor capital expenditures and operational costs related to Wholesale, such as marketing, trade shows, travel, and visual merchandising.
Provide financial guidance on pricing, margins, vendor allowances, and promotional strategies to drive profitability.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights that support strategic decision-making through in-depth modeling and analysis.
Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through automation, technology, and process improvements.
Proactively monitor key financial trends, risks, and opportunities, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in corporate finance, retail, or a related industry; prior Wholesale experience is a plus.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a data-driven mindset.
Proactive, entrepreneurial, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders.
