Statutory Reporting & Technical Accounting
- Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS, including detailed footnote disclosures and accounting memos, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all reported financial information.
- Prepare annual statutory financial statements for individual entities and ensure compliance with local GAAP (e.g., UK or Swiss standards).
Internal Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead the development of the annual budgeting process and implement reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with senior management to identify reporting requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Audit Coordination & Regulatory Compliance
- Monitor and stay current with changes in financial regulations, accounting standards, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison for external auditors during statutory and non-statutory audits, preparing and reviewing all necessary documentation and responses.
- Drive the implementation of audit recommendations to improve reporting processes and internal controls.
