Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting & Consolidations Analyst to join a growing corporate finance team. This role will play a key part in the preparation of consolidated financial statements, internal reporting, and financial analysis across a complex multi-entity organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reporting activities
- Analyze financial results and ensure reporting accuracy across multiple business units and legal entities
- Coordinate intercompany accounting activities, eliminations, and reconciliation processes
- Assist in the preparation of consolidated balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and related reporting schedules
- Support external reporting requirements and regulatory filings
- Maintain and improve consolidation, reporting, and financial close processes
- Partner with accounting and finance teams throughout the organization to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Participate in financial systems enhancements, reporting automation initiatives, and process improvement projects
- Assist with chart of accounts governance and reporting structure maintenance
- Support management reporting, financial analysis, and special projects as requested by senior leadership
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during quarterly and annual audit processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Public accounting experience and/or corporate financial reporting experience preferred
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation
- Experience working with consolidated financial statements in a multi-entity environment
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
- Experience with ERP systems, consolidation tools, or financial reporting applications is a plus
- Ability to work independently while partnering effectively across multiple departments
