Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting & Consolidations Analyst to join a growing corporate finance team. This role will play a key part in the preparation of consolidated financial statements, internal reporting, and financial analysis across a complex multi-entity organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting or finance professional looking to expand their exposure to corporate reporting, consolidations, financial systems, and executive-level financial analysis within a large and dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reporting activities
  • Analyze financial results and ensure reporting accuracy across multiple business units and legal entities
  • Coordinate intercompany accounting activities, eliminations, and reconciliation processes
  • Assist in the preparation of consolidated balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and related reporting schedules
  • Support external reporting requirements and regulatory filings
  • Maintain and improve consolidation, reporting, and financial close processes
  • Partner with accounting and finance teams throughout the organization to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Participate in financial systems enhancements, reporting automation initiatives, and process improvement projects
  • Assist with chart of accounts governance and reporting structure maintenance
  • Support management reporting, financial analysis, and special projects as requested by senior leadership
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during quarterly and annual audit processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Public accounting experience and/or corporate financial reporting experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation
  • Experience working with consolidated financial statements in a multi-entity environment
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
  • Experience with ERP systems, consolidation tools, or financial reporting applications is a plus
  • Ability to work independently while partnering effectively across multiple departments
