Senior Manager FP&A - Wholesale

We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of a well-established consumer brand seeking a finance professional to support a key distribution channel. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with senior leadership and directly impact strategic planning, profitability, and long-term growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end financial management of a key revenue channel, including monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial and operational stakeholders to develop assumptions, assess performance, and deliver concise, executive-ready reporting.
  • Lead development of full P&L views for multiple sub-segments within the channel, driving profitability through accurate modeling and performance insights.
  • Evaluate new business initiatives by building financial models, assessing ROI, and delivering clear, actionable post-mortems.
  • Manage forecasting and budgeting for channel-specific capital and operational spending, including marketing and customer-facing events.
  • Provide margin and pricing analysis to support decision-making around discounts, trade terms, and customer programs.
  • Partner with internal teams to build financial models for ad-hoc scenarios, investment decisions, and strategic opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting through automation and system enhancements.
  • Regularly communicate key risks and opportunities to senior leadership to support proactive decision-making.

Ideal Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or channel-specific roles; prior experience in a multi-channel consumer or retail environment a plus.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities with attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, self-driven, and comfortable working across teams and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to simplify complex analyses for non-finance audiences.
  • Proven ability to leverage data to influence decisions and improve performance.
  • Comfortable navigating large data sets from multiple systems to uncover insights.
  • A flexible problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
