Operations & Sourcing Specialist (Remote)

Elite Placement Group is growing and we are looking to add an Operations & Sourcing Specialist to our team. This is a fully remote hybrid role supporting both staffing operations and recruiting functions, with an initial focus on temporary staffing support and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Payroll processing through Paychex

✔ Managing temporary employee timesheets

✔ Billing and invoicing through QuickBooks

✔ Preparing client fee agreements

✔ Posting jobs on LinkedIn and other platforms

✔ Candidate sourcing and recruiting support

We’re looking for someone who is:

▪ Highly organized and detail-oriented

▪ Responsive and able to work with urgency

▪ Comfortable managing multiple moving parts simultaneously

▪ Interested in staffing, recruiting, operations, or HR-related work

▪ Able to work independently in a remote environment

Experience within staffing, recruiting, payroll, onboarding, QuickBooks, or Paychex is strongly preferred.
