Senior Corporate Recruiter & Lead Sourcer (6-Month Project)

The Mission

We are a global consumer products powerhouse in a state of rapid scale. To meet our growth targets, we are moving away from passive "resume gathering" and shifting toward a true headhunting model. We need a high-energy, agency-bred recruiter who can act as the "face of the brand," proactively hunting and landing top-tier talent across all HQ functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Aggressive Outbound Sourcing: Use advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and "old school" cold outreach to identify and engage passive candidates who may not be looking at job boards.
  • Elevated Brand Ambassadorship: Act as the first point of contact for the organization. You must be able to articulate our value proposition, scale story, and culture with the polish of a high-end executive search professional.
  • KPI Driven Velocity: Focus on drastically reducing "Time-to-Fill" by maintaining a constant, high-quality pipeline. You don't wait for candidates to apply; you create the applicant pool.
  • Full HQ Scope: Source across a diverse range of departments, including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Creative.
  • Strategic Intake: Partner with internal Hiring Managers to "pressure test" job requirements, ensuring we are hunting for the right profiles from day one.
  • Candidate Experience: Manage the "sell" throughout the entire process, ensuring every candidate, whether hired or not, has a premium experience with our global brand.

The Profile: "The Agency Hunter"

  • Experience: 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong preference for those with 3+ years in a fast-paced agency/search firm environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be articulate, persuasive, and able to "hook" high-level talent quickly.
  • Tech Savvy: Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and modern CRM/ATS systems.
  • The "Hustle" Factor: You possess a "do what it takes" attitude. You are comfortable making high-volume cold calls and navigating complex org charts to find the right person.
  • Consultative Mindset: You aren't just an order taker; you provide market feedback and data to hiring managers to help them make better, faster decisions.
