Senior Investor Relations Specialist

Responsibilities;


• Handle the distribution of existing materials and drive the creation of new marketing assets across digital channels, presentations, web content and investor-focused pieces.

• Manage the full workflow for monthly, quarterly and year end content, ensuring smooth production and timely delivery.

• Partner closely with investment, compliance, sales and research teams so messaging stays aligned and accurate.

• Support content development for email campaigns, presentations, social channels and video projects.

• Coordinate all aspects of virtual and in-person speaking engagements, from promotion and prep through technical set-up and onsite assistance.

• Oversee external digital marketing partners, keeping projects on track and managing vendor relationships.

• Keep the firm’s due diligence materials current and handle one-off DDQ requests from outside parties.

• Review engagement data, website activity and digital analytics to help strengthen outreach and sales efforts.

• Maintain industry database records and ensure product and firm information is kept up to date across platforms.

• Work with the sales team on conference planning, including research, prep and communication with event organizers.

• Maintain accuracy within the CRM system and produce needed reports.

• Support relationships with existing and prospective investors, serving as the main point of contact for inquiries and coordinating responses with internal teams.

• Assist with client transaction questions related to the firm’s products and act as the secondary resource for investor-facing operational needs.

• Track market activity, competitor movements and investor preferences and share insights internally.

• Use CRM and third-party databases to build targeted outreach lists, prepare meeting materials and support sales initiatives.

• Collaborate with distribution partners on relevant investor and product matters.

• Contribute to special assignments and broader team initiatives as needed.


Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with roughly 5 to 8 years of experience in financial services, marketing, client service, operations or investor relations.

• Solid knowledge of investment products and the U.S. wealth management landscape.

• Strong project management abilities and comfort working across multiple groups to meet deadlines.

• High attention to detail and the ability to incorporate feedback and keep projects moving.

• Professional, reliable and team-oriented communication style.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with digital design tools, content platforms and analytics systems such as Canva, Adobe, WordPress, LinkedIn, Google Analytics

• CRM experience required.
