Role:
The Vice President will be actively involved in all phases of the transaction lifecycle, including financial modeling, valuation, diligence, and client interaction. This individual will also mentor junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner closely with senior leadership through all facets of M&A transactions
• Lead preparation of marketing materials and client presentations
• Build and manage complex financial models and valuation analyses
• Analyze financial statements and conduct accounting due diligence
• Perform industry and company-specific research
• Lead calls with management teams and investor counterparties
• Coordinate diligence efforts with third-party advisors
• Support business development activities
• Manage and mentor junior professionals
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 7–10 years of experience in M&A, private equity, investment banking, transaction services, or related finance roles
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
