About the Role

Responsibilities



  • Recruit Top Talent
  • Source, identify, and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of accounting, finance, administrative, and HR professionals
  • Conduct candidate interviews and evaluations
  • Develop Client Relationships
  • Generate new job orders through business development activities, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
  • Work with existing and prospective clients to understand hiring needs
  • Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business
  • Manage the Hiring Process
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Coordinate interviews and provide feedback throughout the process
  • Negotiate offers and guide both clients and candidates through successful placements


Qualifications



  • One or more years of recruiting experience preferred, but not required for candidates with strong sales, business development, hospitality, or customer-facing experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Pay range and compensation package



  • Base Salary: $50,000 to $75,000, depending on experience
  • Uncapped Commission Structure
  • First-Year Expected Earnings: $75,000 to $100,000+
  • Year Two and Beyond: $100,000 to $200,000+
  • Top performers have the opportunity to significantly exceed these ranges
