Title: Investment Operations Analyst – Corporate Actions & Fixed Income Support
A growing investment organization is seeking an Investment Operations Analyst to support complex corporate action processing and fixed-income operational workflows. This role sits within a collaborative operations team and plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely handling of data and communications across the firm.
What You’ll Do
• Manage end-to-end processing of corporate actions across bonds and leveraged loans, including calls, tenders, exchanges, amendments, and other event types
• Partner closely with Legal to review documentation tied to distressed situations, restructuring events, and bankruptcy matters
• Submit elections for voluntary corporate actions using custodian platforms and related industry tools
• Communicate relevant event details and updates to investment professionals in a clear, timely manner
• Reconcile positions across multiple custodians and verify proper posting of accruals, entitlements, and cash movements
• Gather and maintain documentation for class-action-related items connected to bankruptcy events
• Maintain accurate records and tracking of all corporate-action-related data
• Prepare internal and external reports as needed
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and assist with ad hoc operational projects
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1–3 years of experience in corporate actions, fixed income operations, or a related investment operations function
• familiarity with bank loans or credit instruments is a strong plus
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data-heavy workflows
• High attention to detail, strong organization, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

This position supports team members across multiple office locations, including periodic travel for training or collaboration. The role involves regular interaction with colleagues in both the investment and operations functions.
