Global FP&A Manager (Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting)

Key Responsibilities:

  • In this individual contributor role, you will analyze financial performance versus prior periods and forecasts, support senior leadership, and provide insight to global business units.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly variance analysis across revenue, operating performance, and cost drivers to identify trends and key business drivers.
  • Support consolidated forecasting processes, including non-operating items such as interest, taxes, joint ventures, and cash flow.
  • Ensure alignment between planning systems and accounting data during the close process, maintaining consistency across financial statements.
  • Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations highlighting risks, opportunities, and business performance.
  • Assist with materials used for earnings discussions and internal leadership reviews.
  • Monitor macroeconomic trends, industry developments, and competitive activity to inform planning assumptions.
  • Provide guidance on reporting standards, forecasting methodologies, and financial best practices.
  • Enhance reporting accuracy, consistency, and transparency across the organization.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis including benchmarking, scenario modeling, and strategic evaluation.
  • Support development and improvement of financial models, forecasting tools, and reporting templates.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
  • 7–10 years of progressive finance or FP&A experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in a global or complex operating environment preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial planning systems is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
