A leading, hospital-employed medical group is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a busy, fast-paced Urology practice in Findlay, Ohio. (40 minutes from Toledo, OH)

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Flexible 4- or 5-day work schedule
• No call
• Primarily outpatient clinical care with some inpatient rounding
• See 15–20 patients per day
• Care for new and established patients across all ages
• Autonomous practice with physician collaboration
• Involvement in pre- and post-operative care, patient education, and follow-up

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary $120,000–$140,000

Qualifications:

• Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
• Urology or Gynecology experience required
• Strong desire to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced specialty practice
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
