We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing Outpatient Pain Management team in Melbourne, FL (1h from Orlando)!

About the Group:

  • Growing outpatient Interventional Pain Management practice
  • Collaborative, physician-led team with strong mentorship and support
  • Structured onboarding with approximately two weeks of hands-on training
  • Office-based practice focused on comprehensive pain management and patient education
  • Supportive clinical environment designed for professional growth


Benefits:

  • Base salary of $100,000–$125,000 plus productivity bonus
  • Full benefits package
  • Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • No nights, weekends, or call
  • Ongoing physician mentorship and professional development
  • Predictable outpatient schedule with excellent work-life balance
  • Occasional travel between clinic locations


About the Role:

  • Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
  • Perform pain-focused histories and physical examinations
  • Develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
  • Provide pre- and post-procedure follow-up care
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, medications, procedures, and treatment plans
  • Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR while collaborating with physicians and clinical staff


Background:

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
  • Active, unrestricted state license
  • National certification required
  • BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS preferred)
  • No Pain Management experience required
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
