Role Description:

• Family Medicine Primary Care
• Cleveland, OH
• Outpatient Primary Care
• M-F: 8am - 5pm schedule
• 100% Outpatient Medicine
• Sick Visits, Medication Management, Chronic Disease Management, etc..
• Group has 5 locations and 21 other Family Practice providers

Requirements:

• Ohio State Medical License
• Must be Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine
• Open to J1 or H1B visa as needed
