Growing Community Health Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join a mission-driven Primary Care team in the Greater Boston, Massachusetts area!

Your Role with the Company:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services including physical exams, preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education
  • Assess, diagnose, treat, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
  • Educate patients and families on disease prevention, nutrition, wellness, and available community resources
  • Practice across clinic locations in Attleboro, Hull, Quincy, and/or Taunton, with occasional evening, weekend, or holiday coverage as needed


Background Profile:

  • Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
  • Master's degree and active Massachusetts licensure required
  • Ability to manage diverse patient populations across the lifespan
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
