A premier Life Plan Community is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner / NP to provide high-quality, relationship-driven geriatric care within its collaborative on-campus clinical team in the Atlanta, Georgia area! 20 miles NE of Atlanta.

Nurse Practitioner will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the community by providing holistic, relationship-driven care to older adults!

Benefits and Features:

• Competitive Salary, $115,000 - $125,000, depending on experience

Your Role with the Company:

• Full-time, M-F, 8:30-5
• APRN will manage patients living in the Senior living community in a clinic setting seeing 10-12 patients/day for primary care and walk-in appointments
• Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with a Physician and Medical Director, but will be the lead provider in the clinic

Background Profile:

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner/APRN/NP
• 1+ year of experience working with geriatric patients
• GA licensed
