About the position:

• Location: Normal, IL (30mins from Peoria)
• Schedule will be M-F8am-4:30pm, rotating call
• Clinic schedules around 15 patients per day
• Opportunity for academic and/or research affiliation
• Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination
