• Outpatient Hospital Affiliated Pain Clinic
• Location: Saginaw, MI (90 mins from Detroit)
• Schedule: M-F, 8am to 5pm
• No call, no nights, no weekends, no holidays
• 26-30 Patients by 6 Months
