Compensation & Benefits

• $350,000 – $450,000/year earning potential
• Year 1 guaranteed base salary: $325,000
• Transitions to RVU-based compensation after the first year
• Year-end production bonus ($50 per RVU above threshold)
• $750/month APP supervision compensation
• 100% paid malpractice + tail coverage

Job/Practice Description: Endocrinologist

• Full-Time -Longview, Texas
• Join a group that offers a very large referral base and is the area’s preferred provider network of employed providers
• Mon-Fri 8-5, 15-20 patients per day
• can do 100% outpatient or 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient
• group has 3 physicians with 2 APPs - the clinic runs super smooth and has Pulmonary, Rheum and Endo services
• 1 Endo just retired. 0 Endo's currently.
• DBE and dietician in the clinic
