Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Outpatient Internal Medicine

An established, independent Internal Medicine practice is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its highly respected team. This physician-owned practice has been serving the community for decades and is known for its collaborative culture, exceptional staff, and outstanding patient care.

Position Highlights

• Full-time, four-day workweek outpatient Internal Medicine
• Outpatient Internal Medicine seeing 16-18 patients/day
• Work alongside 2 physicians and 5 experienced Advanced Practice Providers in a modern facility with 18-exam rooms
• Strong focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and personalized patient relationships

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary, $120,000 - $140,000, depending on experience
• Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, malpractice coverage
• CME allowance, and generous paid time off

Ideal Candidate

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• 3-5 years of experience in Internal Medicine or Primary Care
• Efficient, patient-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality care
• A collaborative team player with a proven track record of building positive relationships with colleagues and patients
