Your Role with the Company:

  • Join an established Palliative Care team consisting of 3 physicians and 8 advanced practice providers
  • Provide outpatient palliative care services focused on improving quality of life and patient satisfaction
  • Traditional full-time schedule with rotating weekends and holidays
  • Potential outreach opportunities to additional clinic locations within the region


Background Profile:

  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
  • Palliative Care, Hospice, Home Health, or related experience preferred
