About the Role:
- 100% Inpatient Cardiology Hospitalist position
- 7 on / 7 off schedule
- 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Shared call (~10 days per month)
- Join an established team of 2 Cardiology Hospitalists
- Rounding support from an Advanced Practice Provider and a Cardiology Fellow
- Part of a growing team of 18 Cardiologists
- Comprehensive cardiac medical and surgical services including:
- Heart failure
- Electrophysiology
- Interventional cardiology
- Advanced cardiac imaging
- Complex cardiac and vascular surgery
- Single hospital coverage model
- Opportunity for academic appointment and/or research affiliation
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology (Non-Invasive)
- Licensed or eligible for an unrestricted Illinois medical license
