Role Description:

• Internal Medicine Primary Care
• Denver, CO
• Outpatient Primary Care
• 4 day work week!
• Traditional outpatient care. Sick Visits, Medication Management, Chronic Disease Management, etc..

Requirements:

• Colorado State Medical License
• Must be Board Certified / Board Eligible Internal Medicine
