Opportunities are available to treat adults, children and adolescents, patients with substance use disorders, or patients across all age groups, depending on your interests and experience.


Multiple locations available: North Austin, South Austin, Bastrop, Harker Heights, and Georgetown!

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary of $248,000 per year plus RVU incentives
  • Estimated total annual compensation of $320,000–$410,000

Position Highlights

  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.
  • 100% outpatient practice.
  • Average of 15–20 patients per day.
  • Limited call responsibilities, approximately 1–2 times per year.
  • Opportunity to teach mental health interns and/or medical students.
  • Option to pursue an appointed faculty position.
  • Flexible opportunities to focus on adult psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, substance use treatment, or a broader patient population.


Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry. Board-eligible candidates must be able to obtain board certification within three years of hire.
  • Proactive, collaborative clinician who thrives in a dynamic clinical environment.
  • Trauma-informed approach to care and competency in integrated behavioral healthcare.
  • Passion for improving access to mental health services and serving diverse, underserved patient populations.
