Growing Urology Practice is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner / NP or Physician Assistant / PA in a Urology setting in Los Angeles, CA area.

• Established specialty care practice providing comprehensive urologic care to patients
• Collaborative team of 4 physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)

About the Position:

• Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule
• Provide comprehensive urologic care in collaboration with an experienced team of physicians and APPs
• Build strong patient relationships and develop a loyal patient following, with the opportunity to become a trusted provider whom patients specifically request
• Training available for candidates who demonstrate strong clinical skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn
• Encourages continued professional development and thoughtful use of AI and other educational resources to support clinical learning
• No call or very limited phone call, supporting a desirable work-life balance

Compensation:

• $135,000–$170,000 base salary, depending on experience
• Additional $7,000 quarterly bonus potential based on productivity

Job Qualifications:

• Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner / NP or Physician Assistant / PA
• 1+ year of Urology experience preferred, but candidates with the right clinical background and willingness to learn will be considered
• New graduate NPs may be considered with strong prior RN experience
