About the position:
- Hospital in the AM / Clinic in the PM
- Call schedule: 1:4 weekends, nights vary (2–3 per week, STEMI only)
- Hospital procedures include: Heart catheterizations, PCI, Device implants, TEE, Cardioversion
- Clinic responsibilities include reading: Nuclear stress tests, Echo, Join a growing team including:
- Team wit 2 Interventional Cardiologists, 1.6 General Cardiologists, 1.5 Electrophysiologists and 9 Advanced Practitioners
- Highly experienced clinical staff
- Collaborative, team-based care environment focused on delivering the best outcomes for every patient
Qualifications:
- MD or DO
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology
- Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Iowa
- Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice
- Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)
- J-1 waiver sponsorship available
