Role Description:

• Psychiatrist Physician
• Location: Statesville, NC (1hr north of Charlotte)
• Role is based at a 42 bed inpatient psychiatric facility
• Utilize advanced treatments cutting-edge therapies
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage medications for patients, including those with substance-use disorders
• Deliver high-quality inpatient and/or outpatient psychiatric care
• Collaborate and supervise mid-level providers to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation standards

Requirements:

• NC Medical License and DEA.
• Must be Board Certified / Board Eligible Psychiatry
• Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities
• Experience working in a team of healthcare professionals and collaborating with them to ensure positive, effective patient experiences with our organization.
