• Serves a population of approximately 76,000 throughout Grays Harbor County
• Four primary care clinics with both existing and newly created positions available due to growth
• Integrated medical system offering Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, OB, and Naturopathic Medicine
• Specialty services include Cardiology, GI, Endocrinology, Physiatry, Sports Medicine, Podiatry, Interventional Pain, and Infusion Therapy
• Patient-centered and collaborative team focused on providing comprehensive care

Your Role with the Company:

• Full-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / NP or Physician Assistant / PA
• Join an integrated primary care team serving a diverse patient population
• Work alongside physicians, APPs, and other healthcare professionals
• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the community
• Current schedule is 4, 10-hour shifts per week, with a 3, 12-hour shift option also being considered
• Utilize EPIC EMR

Background Profile:

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner / NP or Physician Assistant / PA
• 1 year Primary Care experience

Location:

• Located in Grays Harbor County with access to the Washington coast and abundant outdoor recreation
