We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join a thriving private practice partnership in Lubbock, Texas!

  • Large referral base with a 3.5 million patient draw area, including out-of-state referrals

  • Strong patient demand with new referrals directed to incoming physicians

About the Role:

  • Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient urologic care
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of urologic conditions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team in a high-volume setting
  • Maintain high-quality, timely documentation and patient-centered care
  • Participate in practice growth and development initiatives
  • No required city call, with optional participation if desired


Background:

  • MD or DO from an accredited institution
  • Completion of Urology residency and fellowship
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology
  • Eligible for Texas medical licensure
  • Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Committed to high-quality, patient-centered care and private practice growth
