Caring faith-based construction and restoration firm seeks an Executive Assistant/Operations Coordinator in Charleston-West Ashley SC!
This is a high-trust, high-impact role where the right person will become an essential part of the company’s growth! This person will work directly with the owner to help manage day-to-day operations, communication, scheduling, and administrative tasks! This person will play a key role in keeping projects, paperwork, and priorities organized so our field team can stay focused on delivering great work to our customers.

Benefits:
- $46,000 - $60,000 per year (depending on experience) : paid at $23-30/hour
- This can be a full time or part time role. Full timers receive benefits after 90-day probationary period.

Operations Coordinator Role:
- We are looking for a highly organized person to help support the owner and leadership team so the business can run smoothly and continue to grow. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, creating order out of chaos, and helping a busy entrepreneur stay focused on the most important priorities.
- Duties include implementing the CRM into the company, creating and implementing core processes, sourcing/shopping materials, scheduling, organizing files, pay invoices, and more.
Background profile - We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- A self-starter who can anticipate needs
- Excellent at communication and follow-through
- Experience implementing and creating new systems and software is ideal, but not required
- 4 or more years’ experience in small business operations, construction, restoration, or real estate is required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google and similar apps/tools is required.
