Job/Practice Description: Family Medicine PA/NP

• Full-time
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, availability needed between 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (shift hours vary based on practice needs)
• 4-day workweek
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a cost-effective, efficient, compassionate manner
• Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage patients within scope of practice, exercising sound clinical judgment
• Maintain efficient patient scheduling while meeting productivity expectations
• Ensure accurate documentation, diagnostic and CPT coding, and appropriate use of ancillary services and specialty consultations
• Participate in meetings, committees, and quality improvement initiatives
• Use of EHR systems and standard medical office technology

Requirements:

• Graduate of a nationally recognized PA or NP training program
• NC licensure required; certification preferred
• 1–3 years of experience preferred
• Influenza vaccine required as a condition of employment
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills
