Position Overview: Our client is seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent with a minimum of 10 years of on-site experience managing commercial construction projects ranging from $1 million to $15 million. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ground-up construction and renovations in New Jersey. The client is NOT interested in superintendents with experience limited to New York City or those with experience in high-rise construction. The ideal candidate has proven Superintendent experience in New Jersey.

Qualifications:
Experience: At least 10 years of experience as an on-site superintendent on commercial construction projects valued between $1 million and $15 million.
Project Expertise: Demonstrated experience in ground-up construction and renovation projects within New Jersey.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CMiC or Procore construction management software is required.
Certifications: OSHA 30-hour certification is mandatory; additional safety certifications are a plus.
