Estimated Salary Range:

  • $120,000 – $180,000/year
  • Potential Range: $88,000 – $200,000+, depending on capital relationships and portfolio size


Overview:

ur client is seeking a forward-thinking Director of Capital Markets to drive funding strategies for its multifamily and mixed-use portfolio. This individual will be responsible for identifying and securing equity and debt sources, building investor relationships, and managing capital stack strategies for both new developments and stabilized assets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and structure construction financing, bridge loans, and permanent debt
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with capital partners, lenders, and investors
  • Manage investor reporting, pitch decks, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with ownership and finance to optimize deal structures and capital stacks
  • Conduct financial modeling, pro forma analysis, and market underwriting
  • Represent the firm at capital markets events and investment meetings


Qualifications:

  • 7–15 years of experience in real estate capital markets, finance, or development
  • Track record of securing funding for multifamily or mixed-use projects
  • Deep knowledge of investment structures, lender requirements, and fund-level reporting
  • Proficiency in financial modeling tools and real estate underwriting
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong NJ/NY network in institutional or private capital preferred
