Position Overview
This is not a desk job and not an Owner’s Rep role. Our client is seeking a hands-on, in-the-field Vice President of Construction to directly lead construction activities across multiple ground-up projects.
The ideal candidate has extensive in-field construction management experience coupled with a strong background in purchasing and procurement, and knows how to push schedules, manage subcontractors, and drive performance on-site. You’ll lead internal teams, coordinate trades, and ensure accountability every step of the way—from site prep to final punch list.
This is a leadership role for a true builder who knows how to run construction—not just from behind a desk, but with boots on the ground. You must bring the energy, urgency, and grit required to keep jobs moving, solve field challenges, and drive quality and performance through to final delivery.
