SaaS Solution Platform: AI based SaaS Personalization/Search/Recommendation/Customer Analytics/Customer Data Platform/Supply Chain and Merchandising for the retail sector

Territory: West Coast


Travel: the Account Executive decide when travel to customers is necessary, but all deals require face-to-face selling. Additionally, there will be periodic internal meetings at their San Francisco office ... 30% - 40%?


Support: Customer Success, Sales Engineers, Marketing.


Quota: $1.5m ARR, including deals to existing accounts and new logos


Sources of business: You will receive approximately 5 leads per month (from marketing and customer success). This should equate to at least 1/2 of your deals, the remaining critical portion requires you to prospect.


Compensation: up to $150k base salary and 2x salary for On Target Earnings with no cap. Comprehensive benefits. No equity.




Deal Size Range: $100k to $500k


Suitable Candidate locations (remote role): California or Washington State

Requested candidate attributes

  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Ability, experience, and desire to independently perform initial high level discovery and presentations. Our client does not want a sales professional who only prospects, manages the relationship, and closes deals. Candidates also need to be part of the subject matter value-add. However, there is deep and qualified domain experts for all qualified opportunities.
  • CMO relationships
  • Success reaching/surpassing quota selling marketing SaaS solutions
  • "Make it Happen" mentality
  • Self-motivated, energetic, well-organized individual with the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
  • Effective networking, and problem-solving skills, works collaboratively within team and with all departments
